What this document is

This document is a parent-facing overview of the Preschool (3–4 years) curriculum, written in clear, accessible language for families.

It explains what children typically experience and learn across the year, organised by term, and shows how learning is built through play, talk, exploration and everyday experiences.

The focus is on confidence, communication, independence and enjoyment of learning, helping parents understand how Preschool prepares children for Reception without rushing or formalising learning too early.
