Free Access membership allows you to download our monthly calendars and resources in the ‘Free Sample Resources’ sections at the top of many pages.
Premium Membership gives full access to our EYFS & KS1 Premium printable provision resources.
Professional Membership gives individual users full sitewide access to both our Printable Provision library and our EYFS Curriculum & Pedagogy framework and guidance suite.
We also offer Group EYFS Professional Access memberships for nurseries, preschools, childminding teams and schools:
Small Group Professional Access — for up to 5 users
Large Group Professional Access — for up to 12 users
Group memberships provide shared setting access whilst allowing each staff member to have their own individual login profile.
Memberships may recur monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected. You can cancel at any time or switch between membership types.

Yes. With our new MemberSpace system you can change your plan from the account hub. By clicking the green ‘My Account’ button at the bottom of your screen (when you are logged in) you can access your account hub. From here, within the ‘Plans’ tab you can click on the button which says ‘Join New’ to see a choice of plans. You will be shown the different prices and any pro-rata refunds that may be applicable. In the ‘Plans’ tab you can also click on the three dots in the corner of a current paid plan to cancel it.
N.B. If you are a legacy PayPal member you will need to enter new payment details at this stage. Once you have made the change, contact us at support@littleowlsresources.comto finalise your transition from PayPal to card payment plan.

Our Group Professional Access memberships are designed for nurseries, preschools, schools and Early Years teams.
Each setting receives a set number of user spaces:
Small Group Professional EYFS Access — up to 5 users
Large Group Professional EYFS Access — up to 12 users
The person who purchases the membership becomes the main account administrator.
After purchase, the administrator receives a bespoke registration link which additional staff members use to create their own individual login profiles.
Each staff member has their own email address, password and account access. Login details should not be shared between users.

Yes.
If a member of staff leaves your setting or you wish to reallocate one of your membership spaces, please contact us at support@littleowlsresources.com.
For security reasons, additional users cannot transfer accounts themselves between staff members.
Please note that registration links issued for additional staff setup remain active for a limited time.

The person who purchases the Group Professional Access membership becomes the main account administrator.
The administrator can:
manage the main subscription
update billing details
cancel the membership
contact us regarding staff access changes
If the main membership is cancelled, all linked staff access connected to that membership will also end at the close of the paid billing period.

By clicking the green ‘My Account’ button at the bottom of your screen (when logged in) you can access your account hub. From here Individual Membership Users and Main Group Membership Admin Users can change card details, email, password, and additional profile information.
If you are a Legacy PayPal member you can only alter your payment details by visiting PayPal.
If you are an additional user within a Group Professional Access membership, you can still update your own email address, password and profile information from your account hub.
However, changes relating to the overall group subscription or reassignment of membership spaces must be managed by the main account administrator.

Yes. For each membership subscription there is a debit or credit card option. This option is powered by Stripe through the Memberspace membership system.

Click on the green ‘Log In’ button at the bottom right of your screen. Input your login details on the pop-up that follows.
If your details are not recognised but you are already a member, please email us at support@littleowlsresources.com so we can re-send your invite to the new membership system.

By clicking the green ‘My Account’ button at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From your ‘Billing’ tab, you can click on ‘View Invoices’ to see recent payments and download a PDF receipt.
N.B. Your charges/payments may not be shown if they were well before our Membership system change or if you are a Legacy PayPal member. In these instances, please contact us at support@littleowlsresources.com and we will send you a receipt.

If you wish to receive our inspirational newsletter service please simply sign up as a Free or Premium member. All memberships entitle you to receive this service. During the sign-up process please ensure you check the appropriate box to ‘opt in’.
If you wish to change your preference after the sign-up process, at any point you can go into 'My Account' (click on the green button at the bottom of the screen) and whilst in the ‘Profile’ tab select the 'Edit' button. Then check or uncheck the newsletter box (depending on your preference). Finally, click the green button which says 'Update'. You will find this by scrolling down to the bottom.

In June 2023 we upgraded our membership system. We are now working with a company called Memberspace to fulfil our membership requirements. You will have been sent emails regarding this transfer. Please CONTACT US if you are having trouble logging in and we will be happy to re-send your activation link.

If you signed up using your credit or debit card you can cancel from your account hub. By clicking the green ‘My Account’ button at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can view your ‘Active’ and ‘Cancelled’ plans within the ‘Plans’ tab. To cancel an active plan click on the three dots in the top right corner of the plan you wish to cancel.
If you are a Legacy PayPal Member these three dots will not be there. You can cancel directly with PayPal or e-mail us at support@littleowlsresources.com.
For Group Professional Access memberships, only the main account administrator can cancel the overall subscription.
If the group subscription is cancelled, all linked member access connected to that subscription will also end at the close of the paid billing period.

If you signed up for a yearly subscription, your payment granted you access to the site for twelve months. If you choose to cancel your yearly subscription you will still have access to our resources until the end of that twelve-month period. The same is true for monthly and 6-monthly subscriptions regarding the remainder of each paid period.
By clicking the green ‘Member Access’ or ‘Your Account’ button at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can click on ‘View or Cancel Plans’ to see your plan details.
