A) Little Owls Resources Licence
A1) You may use these resources to aid children’s learning. You may copy, edit and provide the licensed resources to the children you teach in any medium or format for the purpose of educating them and/or their own use.
A2) Aside from the children you are working with, these resources CANNOT be shared or sold. – you have been issued a single licence for your own use and the right to grant a limited licence to your students to use the licensed material as part of your teaching and their own use.

You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests that Little Owls Resources endorses you or your use of the licensed material.
A4) No sharing of derivatives (except to teach) — if you alter, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material except to those people you teach. The licensed resources, either in their initial form or as an edited derivative work, CANNOT be sold.
B) Responsibilities
B1) Under no circumstances will Little Owls Resources be liable for damages, financial or otherwise, caused to you, your business or enterprise due to a down server or an outage of our website, regardless of duration. You agree that Little Owls Resources shall not be responsible for monetary compensation to you beyond the amount of your most recent annual payment to Little Owls Resources.
B2) No refunds. You have and always had full control over the continuation of your paid subscription to Little Owls. You are sent an annual invoice receipt every time a payment goes through. It is your responsibility to ensure that the subscription is cancelled as early as possible. You can cancel, or could have at any time cancelled, your subscription to Little Owls Resources as explained above and payments will stop or would have stopped.
B3) Disputes. You, the subscriber to Little Owls Resources, agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Little Owls Resources, or to any products distributed by Little Owls Resources through littleowlsresources.com, will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION, rather than in court. Further, you agree that this venue for arbitration shall take place in ENGLAND, UK. Further, you agree to pay the entire cost of any arbitration proceedings, including 100% of the fees to the arbitrator, regardless of the outcome of the decision of the arbitrator.
C) Membership Management System - Memberspace
C1) Our subscription system is fulfilled by ‘Memberspace’, a third-party Membership Access Management System.
C2) Memberspace use essential cookies to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.
C3) Memberspace collects information about you when you complete the registration forms that they provide as part of their service. This information includes identifiers such as name, email address, and chosen password.
C4) Memberspace only uses your information to provide you access to our website and resources.

D) Payment - Stripe (or PayPal if Legacy)
D1) Your recurring payment (for credit and debit card) will be handled by Stripe. At no point does Little Owls Resources have access to your account/credit card details.
D2) Memberspace (our membership system provider) only retain the last four digits of the card and the card brand.
D3) If you originally used PayPal as your payment method, that will continue. At no point does Little Owls Resources have access to your account/credit card details.
