Definition | What are ‘Reptiles’?

Reptiles are cool animals with scaly skin that like to bask in the sun! They include creatures like snakes, lizards, turtles, and alligators. Reptiles are special because they lay eggs, and many of them can be found in warm places around the world. Some reptiles can even change their colour to blend in with their environment, just like a chameleon! They come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny little lizards to big, mighty crocodiles. Reptiles are fascinating creatures that are fun to learn about!
