Three different formats: The pack includes two types of lined paper (with different line spacing for varying ability levels) and a blank sheet.
Two versions for each format: Each sheet is available in both a full-colour version and a black and white version, which children can colour in themselves, developing their fine motor skills and creativity.

Our FREE Diwali: Border Sheet Pages are incredibly versatile and can be used in a multitude of ways across various early years and KS1 environments:
Focused Writing Activity: Use the lined paper for a focused writing task. Children could write a recount of the story of Rama and Sita, a poem, or a simple sentence about one of the Diwali symbols.
Creative Expression: The blank sheets are perfect for drawing. Children could draw their own Rangoli pattern, a picture of a diva lamp, or a scene from the Diwali story.
Mark-Making Practice: For younger children, the blank sheets are a great canvas for mark-making practice. The beautiful border provides a visual frame to inspire their creativity.
Differentiated Learning: The variety of lined and unlined sheets allows for easy differentiation. Younger children can use the blank sheets for drawing, while older children can use the lined paper for more complex writing tasks. The black and white version is also a great option for a longer activity that involves both colouring and writing.
Display Aid: The completed sheets, whether they contain writing or drawings, make a beautiful and purposeful addition to a Diwali-themed display board.
