This pack is intended for use by practitioners in pre-school EYFS settings (Nursery, Pre-School, Childminders) to compile information to be sent to a child’s new teacher when starting school.

Elements of this pack could also be used by schools/reception teachers who would like to send home a pack for children to fill in with their families before starting with you.
