TRANSITIONS - 'This is me' booklet (full colour)
As well as part of an ‘All About Me’ topic to be completed at any time, this booklet is ideal for use during transitions. If you have a child who is moving to another setting or transitioning to school, you may like to fill this in with them to pass on to the next teacher/practitioner.
Equally, if you are a reception teacher about to receive a new cohort, you may like to send this home in advance of your new children starting with you.
In addition, the booklet in full or selected pages from within the booklet are ideal for use at the start of a child’s time at a particular setting/the start of the school year.
