Use your existing account, whether you have Free Access or a paid membership.

  1. Open My Account and sign in if asked.
  2. Look under Profile / Edit Profile for your newsletter preference.
  3. Check or uncheck the newsletter option, then save your changes.

Mailing list questions

Do I need All Access to receive the newsletter?

No. The newsletter is available to members who opt in, including those with a Free Access account. Newsletter links may feature both free and All Access resources; the resource page explains the access needed.

Can I unsubscribe without cancelling my membership?

Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. Your website membership continues when you unsubscribe from newsletter emails. Essential emails about your account or transactions may still be sent.

I opted in but cannot find your emails. What should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder, then check the email address and newsletter preference in My Account. If you still need help, contact us with your membership email address so we can check.
