This section will bring together structured guidance, planning systems and professional pedagogy resources — all rooted in real early years practice.

What is the Professional Membership?

Professional Membership will include:

This is our most comprehensive membership, designed for settings and practitioners who want curriculum, pedagogy and provision brought together in one place.

What this membership is not

Professional Membership does not replace statutory guidance or remove the need for professional judgement.

It does not:

• provide a one-size-fits-all scheme

• guarantee inspection outcomes

• prescribe a single way of working

All guidance is designed to be adapted to your context, children and setting.

When Professional Membership launches in early January, it will open first as Founding Member access. Founding Members will:
