We have recently upgraded our membership system. We are now working with a company called Memberspace to fulfil our membership requirements.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…

I'm an existing member and I can't log-in. What should I do?

Look for an email sent to you from 'support@littleowls-premium.com' click the link inside to be re-directed to create a new password on our new system. You will not need to re-enter your payment details. The links in the emails only last seven days. If your link has expired, contact us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com and we will email you a fresh link.

You will not be able to log in to the site until you have followed the link in the email and set up a password within the new system. Don't accidentally sign-up again when the new system doesn’t recognise your old login details...look out for that email! 😊

I'm an existing member. Is my price changing?

No. When you are imported to the new system your details and existing plan all come across so you do not need to choose a new plan. Your price is remaining the same and will not change. If, during the import process, you think your price has changed, please contact us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com and we will check this for you.

How can I tell if I am logged in?

If you see 'Your Account' in a green box at the bottom right of the screen that means you are logged in and can access all the resources. You can also click the 'Your Account' button to access your account information, change email, etc.

I am an existing PayPal member. I have created a new password, why can't I open any resources?

Check your account hub by clicking 'Your Account' at the bottom right of the screen. If you see [Not currently on a plan] written in red on the account hub pop-up please contact us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com and we will get you back on your existing plan.

Can I change my membership plan?

Yes. With our new MemberSpace system you can change your plan from the account hub. By clicking the green ‘Your Account’ box at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can click on ‘Join a new plan’ to see available plans. You will be shown the different prices and any pro-rata refunds may be applicable.

N.B. If you are a legacy PayPal member you will need to enter new payment details at this stage. Once you have made the change contact us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com to finalise your transition from PayPal to card payment plan.

How do I change my details?

By clicking the green ‘Your Account’ box at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can change your card details, email, password, and profile.

If you are a Legacy PayPal member you can only alter your payment details by visiting PayPal.

CAN I PAY USING A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?

Yes. For each membership option on the ‘Pricing’ page there is a ‘Sign Up Now’ debit or credit card button option. This option is powered by Stripe through the Memberspace membership system.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Click on the green ‘Log in/Sign up’ button at the bottom right of your screen. Input your login details on the pop-up that follows.

If your details are not recognised but you are already a member, please email us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com so we can re-send your invite to the new membership system.

CAN I GET ANOTHER COPY OF MY RECEIPT?

By clicking the green ‘Your Account’ box at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can click on ‘View Charge History’ to see recent payments and download a PDF receipt.

N.B. Your charges/payments may not be shown if they were well before our Membership system change or if you are a Legacy PayPal member. In these instances, please contact us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com and we will send you a receipt.

How do I cancel my account?

If you signed up using your credit or debit card you can cancel from your account hub. By clicking the green ‘Your Account’ box at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can click on ‘View or Cancel Plans’.

If you are a Legacy PayPal Member you can cancel directly with PayPal or e-mail us at littleowlsresources@gmail.com.

IF I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT NOW SO THAT I DON’T HAVE TO PAY THE NEXT PAYMENT, WILL I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO RESOURCES FOR THE REST OF THE PERIOD I HAVE PAID FOR?

If you signed up for a yearly subscription, your payment granted you access to the site for twelve months. If you choose to cancel your yearly subscription you will still have access to our Premium website resources until the end of that twelve-month period. The same is true for monthly and 6-monthly subscriptions regarding the remainder of each paid period.

By clicking the green ‘Log in/Sign up’ box at the bottom of your screen you can access your account hub. From here you can click on ‘View or Cancel Plans’ to see your plan details.
