Mats are perfect for exploring addition of two quantities. Can be used as a teacher/adult demonstration tool and/or independent activity.
Place loose parts or playdough as buttons on each gingerbread man. Count the buttons and write the corresponding numbers in the boxes below. Count the total number of buttons altogether and write the answer in the final box.
